In order to curb the impending sprawl of Atlanta, residents and farmers located in the bucolic rolling hills of the Chattahoochee River united and formed the city of Chattahoochee Hills. Together they established areas appropriate for hamlet-like development, while preserving expanses of rural landscape and preserved forests. Serenbe is one of those hamlets, attracting residents and visitors from across the world who long to experience both the restorative powers of natural landscapes and the communion of old-world style villages.
